Call Recordings. To provide and improve our AI services, we may record and store audio of inbound and outbound calls. These recordings are used for AI training, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and compliance with legal obligations.

Contact Information. When you sign up, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and business details.

SMS Data. When you opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect the phone number you provide, message content, delivery status, timestamps, and any replies you send.

Usage Data. We automatically collect data about how you use our services (e.g., call duration, feature usage).

3. Call Recording Consent

By using our services or by providing your phone number, you expressly consent to the recording of calls. We will notify callers at the start of each call that recording may occur for AI processing and quality purposes.

Service Delivery. To route and manage calls, confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and send SMS appointment reminders.

AI Improvement. To train and refine our AI models, enhancing accuracy in speech recognition and conversational flows.

Within Simple Tenant. Shared with team members on a need-to-know basis.

Service Providers. We may share recordings, SMS logs, and data with third-party AI/ML providers, SMS gateway partners, and cloud hosting services under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or in response to valid legal process.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Access to recordings, SMS logs, and personal data is restricted, encrypted at rest and in transit, and monitored.

7. Data Retention

We retain call recordings, SMS data, and associated information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion via manvu@simple-tenant.com; subject to regulatory or legal retention requirements, we will honor reasonable requests.

8. Your Rights

Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate information.

Deletion. Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal exceptions.

Opt-Out.

  • Email. Unsubscribe via the link in any email.
  • SMS. Reply STOP to any SMS message or contact us to stop all SMS communications.

Messaging Charges. You may incur message and data rates from your carrier. Contact your carrier for details.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete such information.
