By accessing or using Simple Tenant’s services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Simple Tenant provides an AI-driven voice assistant for managing bookings, confirmations, and customer communications via telephony and web interfaces.
All calls may be recorded for AI training, quality assurance, and compliance. By using the Service, you and your callers consent to such recordings. Callers will hear a brief notification at the start of each call.
Accurate Information. You must provide and maintain accurate contact and business information.
Compliance. You will comply with all applicable laws, including call-recording regulations and privacy laws.
Authorized Use. You will not misuse the Service (e.g., harass, defraud, infringe rights).
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Billing. Fees are charged per your selected subscription plan and are due in advance.
Refunds. Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
All content, AI models, software, and trademarks are owned by Simple Tenant or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service per these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Tenant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data or revenue.
You agree to indemnify and hold Simple Tenant and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard; unpaid fees remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Austin, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
